No Plans To Build Pea Car

After many requests from our readers I have done a little more research into this Pea Car

Basically I contacted and spoke to John Baker of Bakers Patterns who created the mould for it. He refered me to Asylum Models who were responsible for building it.

I spoke to a nice lad there called Connor who said it’s really up to Birdseye to decide whether they will build a small scale model of the car (copyright and all that).

Connor told me that Asylum Models are going to post more information on their website with more detailed images and stuff. So I suppose its really down to us bloggers whether they build it or not. If there’s a market for it then it will happen.

I don’t think it’s realistic to expect a real driveable version to be built (i mean I wont fit in it anyway) but we could certainly see remote controlled versions as well as small scale models. The market for this could be huge for Birdseye.

The real question is: Do We Want It To Happen?
