On the back of JD Powers most satisfying 4×4 and the recent Caravan Clubs “Tow Car Of The Year” awards, Kia are going all out to raise public awareness of the 4X4′s outstanding achievements.
The Sorento will be advertised in a number of select motoring titles such as Auto Express, Test Drive, Top Gear, What Car?, Auto Car 4×4, 4×4 Driver and 4×4 Mart.
There wil also be publications in other relevant magazines like, Yachting World, Yachting Monthly, Country Life, The Field, Horse & Hound, Country Walking, Scottish Field, Ski & Board, Daily Mail Ski guide, Camping & Caravanning, Caravan Club Magazine, Caravan Magazine and Motor Caravan Magazine.
This is Kia’s highest level of activity behind the Kia Sorento so far and aims to reinforce the products overall strengths. Kia see’s the latest motoring press recognition as a huge opportunity to conquest sales of Sorento from special interest groups who may have a need for a 4×4, with a press strategy of appealing to outdoor pursuit enthusiasts and those who may need to tow (caravanners, boaters and horse owners).
Kia will also be placing a strong tactical message of £2000 off the Sorento XS and 2 years free servicing in all Auto Trader issues nationally throughout October.
